1. What swapad.net is
swapad.net is a free advertising exchange for small websites. You add a short embed code to your site, which shows small, closable ads from other members. In return, your own ad may be shown on other member sites. There is no payment required to participate.
2. Accepting these terms
By signing up or placing the swapad.net embed code on your site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account.
3. What you must do
You must keep the embed code live on the website you registered, in a visible place, for as long as you want your ad to run. You may not hide, block, or manipulate the ad in a way that prevents real visitors from seeing or closing it. You may only register sites that you own or have permission to manage.
4. What you may not advertise
You may not use swapad.net to advertise illegal goods or services, adult content, gambling, hate speech, harassment, scams, malware, phishing, counterfeit products, or anything that violates the law. We use automated moderation to review ads and sites, and we reserve the right to reject or remove any content at any time.
5. Content you upload
You keep ownership of the text, images, and links you submit. By submitting them, you give us permission to display them through the swapad.net network so other sites can show your ad. You confirm that you have the right to share everything you upload.
6. Fair use and anti-fraud
Artificially inflating views, clicks, or impressions — including bots, click farms, automated scripts, or repeated manual refreshing — is not allowed. We monitor traffic patterns and may suspend or remove accounts that appear to be gaming the exchange.
7. Termination
You can stop using swapad.net at any time by removing the embed code from your site and deleting your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, abuse the service, or if your site becomes unavailable.
8. No guarantees
We do not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, or visitors. The exchange depends on the number of active members, their traffic, and the match between your ad and available sites. Your results will vary.
9. Limitation of liability
swapad.net is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. If you continue using swapad.net after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
